Manufacturing, brought to life.
We help small and mid-size manufacturers navigate the age of AI with clarity and confidence — pairing twenty-five years on the factory floor with the frontier of digital-twin and simulation technology.
The moment
Something is happening on the factory floor that every manufacturer feels, even if no one quite says it out loud.
The people who know how everything works are retiring — taking decades of hard-won knowledge with them. The skilled workers to replace them are scarce, and getting scarcer. And on top of it all, a wave of new technology is arriving faster than anyone can reasonably keep up with. If that leaves you uneasy, you're not behind. You're paying attention.
Here's what we believe: the manufacturers who come through this stronger won't be the ones who panicked, and won't be the ones who waited. They'll be the ones who found steady footing — who used this moment to do more with the team they have, and to capture what their veterans know before it walks out the door.
Why Prana
Prana is an old word for the life-force — the breath that animates. It's a strange name for a manufacturing company, and that's deliberate.
A factory floor is chaos: heat, noise, motion, a thousand things happening at once. The promise of automation, carried all the way to its end, isn't a colder factory — it's a calmer one. A plant that runs like breath: steady, resilient, alive. Order emerging from the noise.
That's the destination. But the same idea holds for the road there. This moment feels like chaos — the pressures, the churn, the pace of change. The work we do is to help you find the calm inside it: to steady the ground under your operation, and to come through this era stronger than you entered it.
Who we are
We've been automating manufacturing and engineering since 2000.
For twenty-five years, we've delivered real automation and engineering solutions across an unusually wide range of industries — from architectural and building-envelope systems to electrical and power-distribution equipment, from large engineered structures to custom contract manufacturing. Much of it was the hardest kind of manufacturing there is: complex, built-to-spec production where almost nothing repeats. Long enough, and across enough different factory floors, to know what actually transfers from one to the next — and what doesn't.
That range is the point. The tools change; the underlying challenge — making a real operation run better, more predictably, with the people you actually have — does not. We've spent a career learning it the hard way. Now we've pointed that experience at the frontier, so the manufacturers we work with don't have to.
Our approach
The shift underway isn't optional, and it isn't only for the giants. Every manufacturer — whatever they make, whatever their size — now faces the same question: how well, and how early, to put these new tools to work. The difference between pulling ahead and slowly losing ground increasingly comes down to that choice.
We help traditional manufacturers step into the age of the digital twin — thoughtfully, on their own terms, and at a pace that fits their business.
-
Digital twins & simulation
We build living, virtual models of your operations — so you can test, refine, and prove out changes in simulation before committing a dollar on the floor.
-
Doing more with the team you have
The right automation doesn't replace your people — it amplifies them, letting a leaner, stretched team hold the line and capture the knowledge your veterans carry before it's gone.
-
Signal, not hype
We help you see clearly what's real, what's noise, and what's genuinely worth doing for a business your size — then chart a path that fits where you actually are.
-
Proof before commitment
We prototype and validate, so decisions rest on evidence, not faith. You see it work before you build it.
We work at the frontier of this space — NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD, and Isaac Sim at the core — with deep fluency across the tools manufacturers already rely on, from Autodesk to Siemens. Whatever you run today, we help you connect it to what's coming, and translate all of it into something you can actually use.
Contact
None of this has to be faced alone.
The manufacturers who thrive in this next era won't be the ones with the most technology — they'll be the ones with the right guide, and the confidence to move at their own pace. If you're feeling the shift and wondering what it means for your operation, let's talk. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest conversation about where you are and where this is all going.
We'll navigate it together.
